* Preliminary Assessment: The quoted value provided herein is based on preliminary information and does not account for potential changes that may arise upon a thorough on-site evaluation.

* Installation Scope: Our installation charges encompass all necessary accessories for the quoted solar plant with the exception of (i) Solar inverters, (ii) Solar panels, and (iii) Solar batteries. Additionally, please note that the installation does not include a lightning arrester below 15kw.

* AC Side Preparations: It is imperative that the site where the solar inverter is to be installed must have accessible AC input and output connections, in compliance with technical specifications.

* Existing Wiring and Interference: We will not be responsible for any modification or interference with the existing electrical wiring within your premises. In the event that such modifications or interventions are required, the customer is responsible for providing their own qualified electrician or technician.

* Payment Terms: Payment is to be made in accordance with the issued proforma invoice, as stipulated in the work order.

* Material Delivery: Materials will be dispatched and delivered as per the specifications outlined in the work order.

* Delivery Timeline: The delivery of materials is scheduled to occur within a timeframe of 1 to 3 weeks from the date of payment receipt.

* Installation and Commissioning: Following the successful delivery of materials, the installation and commissioning of the system might be carried out within a period of 1 to 3 weeks.

* Quotation Validity: Please be advised that this quotation is valid until the end of the current month only.
