Return of products only acceptable, if:
(1) Delivered products are defective or damaged.
(2) Wrong product was delivered instead of what was ordered (Includes Color )
- In following conditions, we will refund your whole amount including shipping charges. Or in case if you want an exchange of product, we will provide you a replacement.
- Please check each product carefully at the time of delivery and if you found any damages or defects, immediately inform our customer support (+917430000079) within 24 business hoursof receiving the order.
- If your shipment is lost by third party logistics provider. We provide you refunds/replacement.
- Since we are selling branded products of another brand, we do not assure the desired quality promised by those brand companies.
- Please note that the received product should not be used and tags of brand should not be removed if available. It should be sent back along with original box and invoice within 2 business days.
- We refund the money the way the payment was made at the time of order placing. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the sum on that Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
- Return Policy is applicable for all products purchased from suryatapansolar.com Customers are allowed to return their product within 2 daysfrom the date of order delivery.
- To schedule a return pickup, please fill the Return Form, available in the “My Orders” section of your
Suryatapan account. Reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in selected locations.
- If you choose to self-ship your return products, we request you, to pack the products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to send it through a reliable courier service.

- Order cancellation could not be possible, if the product is already shipped.
